Q:What is your return policy?
A:We accept domestic order returns for exchange of size or style within 14 days of receipt with advanced notice. All returned merchandise must be in original, new, unwashed condition or have a manufactures defect that warrants exchange. See our full Shipping & Return Policy.

Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, when ordering more than one item we make every effort to consolidate the order into one shipment. Larger orders (typically 4 or more items) may also qualify for shipping discounts. If you are interested in a larger order, please contact us with the specific items, size and address so we may determine if a shipping discount is available.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We try to have all in stock orders, out the door within 2 business days. USPS typically provides delivery within 3-7 days depending on where you are in the US.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:We charge a resonable estimate of the the actual shipping charge. We win some and we lose some depending on the location and the weight of the item. We do not over compensate by adding a handeling fee, I think if you compare our shipping rate with others you will find we tend to be less expensive than almost everyone.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. We ship internationally by Priority Mail. Shipping is determined by actual weight and destination. We are happy to quote an order, in order to do so we must know the sizes and styles you are interested in so we can determine the weight.

Q:What about import duties and taxes?
A:Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also read about Customs...

Q:What about customs?
A:Customs policies vary widely from country/region to country/region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when purchasing from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country/region in which you are receiving the goods.
